Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the Property Management team
* Conducting routine inspections and property condition reports
* Coordinating rental open inspections and leasing processes
* Liaising with Rental Property Providers, Renters and Contractors
* Arranging and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
* Managing rent arrears and general property administration
* Conducting property rental appraisals and subsequent communication
* Social Media coordination and promotion of department
* VCAT appearances and documentation
Skills and Experience:
* Previous Property Management experience essential
* Must hold Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Certificate 4
* Current Driver's Licence
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Professional presentation, excellent communicator and team player
* Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
* Experience with Property Management software 'Property Me' preferred but not essential
