Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and organizational duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Preparing quotes and setting up project folders efficiently
* Liaising with various stakeholders, including Council and Solicitors
* Ordering survey plans and titles as required

To be successful in this role, applicants should have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using Xero accounting software. Previous invoicing experience is also desirable.
