We are looking for an experienced Operations Training Specialist to support the standardisation and capability development of our logistics operations network.
This role focuses on delivering operational training to service partners (CSP/DSP) and operational stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, operational processes, and system usage across the network.
You will also play a key role in identifying process gaps and supporting operational improvements through training, feedback, and close collaboration with operations teams.
Key Responsibilities Training & Capability Development
* Design and deliver operational training programs for service partners (CSP/DSP) and operational stakeholders.
* Provide training on operational workflows, SOPs, and internal systems to ensure consistent operational standards.
* Develop and maintain training materials, including SOP documentation, presentations, and operational guides.
* Support onboarding and training for newly onboarded operational partners when required.
Operational Standardisation
* Ensure operational procedures are clearly communicated and consistently implemented across partners and operational sites.
* Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Process Improvement
* Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies through training sessions and operational observations.
* Work closely with operations teams to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and service quality.
* Support the rollout of new operational processes, tools, or system updates.
System Training & Support
* Deliver training on operational systems used in parcel handling, dispatch, and delivery management.
* Provide guidance to partners on best practices in system usage.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, operational training, or related roles.
* Experience working with service partners, contractors, or third-party logistics providers is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of last-mile delivery or courier operations is preferred.
* Strong communication and training delivery skills.
Language Requirement
* Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with internal teams and external service partners.
