Role Description:
The role of Account Manager is a key position within our industry team, focusing on direct customer contact and proactive customer identification. The primary objective is to create value in allocated accounts through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies.
Key Activities Include:
* Building long-term relationships with customers through daily meetings and interaction.
* Time and Territory Management (TTM) - creating daily schedules to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
* Representing the company as a Hilti Champion, carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in defined territories.
* Utilizing Salesforce for tracking progress and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working within the Construction and Façade industry is highly advantageous.
* Tertiary qualification in engineering or architecture is desirable.
* Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or customer-facing role is essential.
* Solution selling and customer-centric approach are required skills.
* A valid Australian driver's license is necessary.
* Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable.
* Motivated individuals capable of working independently and managing their own call cycles are ideal candidates.
* Strong discipline with the ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationships is essential.
* Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills are required.
