Business Support Officer - Infrastructure Delivery

Your New Role:
As the Business Support Officer – Infrastructure Delivery, you will provide high-level administrative and business support to the Infrastructure Delivery team. You'll help ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, enabling Coordinators, Works Engineer and Group Manager Infrastructure Delivery to focus on delivering outcomes for the community.
In this role you will act as a point of contact for the Infrastructure Delivery team and the Group Manager Infrastructure Delivery for internal and external stakeholders, managing and providing administrative leadership and support to the Infrastructure Delivery team, including administrative, clerical, data entry and reporting.

About You:
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related field and\or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff which has diverse and demanding responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume work environment using good time management skills and minimal direction.
Ability to undertake research, investigation and analysis, and present research findings both verbally and in writing.
Highly developed interpersonal skills including the proven ability to liaise effectively with and provide high quality customer service to a diverse range of people in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and capability in the use of Microsoft Office Professional Applications, Geographical Information Systems and corporate computer systems.
