The Role
We seek skilled Support Workers to provide individualised support to our Participants. This includes personal care, emotional support, domestic assistance, complex care, mental health, and personal development.
You will strive to make our Participants feel valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships. You will provide community access services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community.
We are seeking motivated, dedicated, and reliable Support Workers who possess the necessary skills and experience.
Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities is highly desirable.
* A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are required.
* You must hold a current Paid employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain before employment).
* You must hold a current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment).
* You must hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain before employment).
* You must have completed the NDIS 'Worker Orientation' module (or willing to obtain before employment).
* You must have a COVID 19 Infection Control certificate (or willing to obtain before employment).
* You must have full Australian working rights.
* You must have a smartphone with internet access.
* You must have one - two current professional references from a supervisor.
