About Your Role

As a Customer Experience Telemarketing Officer, you will be integral to LifeFlight Foundation's mission of raising funds for life‑saving equipment, new facilities, critical care doctors, and more. Your role supports our investment in vital training, research and innovation programmes, helping us discover new ways to save lives and ensuring everyone has equitable access to life‑saving healthcare, no matter where they are. Based at our Robina office and reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, this casual role offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.75. You'll be at the heart of LifeFlight's telemarketing initiatives, contributing to campaigns including new donor acquisition, lotteries, seasonal appeals and supporting our Regular Giving programmes and donor retention activities.


In This Role, You Will

* Conduct outbound calls to new and existing LifeFlight supporters.
* Utilise proven sales frameworks to deliver the best possible outcomes for each campaign.
* Provide a supporter‑focused experience in every interaction to help achieve campaign goals.
* Accurately capture supporter information using an outbound dialler and online portals.

Our call centre operates during standard business hours, though the specific hours for this role may vary from week to week. During our campaign periods, which run throughout the year, additional hours may be required to meet demand.


About You

* Must have previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a telemarketing role.
* Experience supporting a charity or not‑for‑profit organisation (desirable).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Confidence to handle objections effectively.
* Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* A motivated attitude with a desire to perform at your best every day.
* Resilience and a positive approach to challenges.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
