Full-Time Retail Team Member – Power Garden (including STIHL)
Kincumber Mitre 10 is seeking a motivated and reliable full-time team member to lead our Power Garden department, with a strong focus on our STIHL range.
This is a key role within our store, suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes ownership of their department, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Power Garden and STIHL department
* Provide knowledgeable, technical and practical advice to customers
* Assist in diagnosing and repairing STIHL outdoor power equipment
* Drive sales through strong product understanding
* Assist across other areas of the store as required
* Work a roster including one weekend day
About You:
* Previous retail or hardware experience preferred
* Interest or experience in outdoor power equipment highly regarded
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
* Experience in small engine repair or a similar mechanical field with strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
