Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of production tasks and activities on site.As well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our warehouse, maintaining a high standard of efficiency, safety, and quality.Follow and enforce quality standards and proceduresComply with legal regulationsEnsure site activities do not impact product qualityManage production plan for the site and sourcing of materialsSupport and contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the production teamImplement new and improved operational processes and procedures, encouraging continuous improvementSupport compliant implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Engage with site-specific productivity, capital programs, and maintenance activities supporting broader company strategies and initiativesContribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review of financial performanceAbout You:Ideally, you bring experience in a similar role, navigating the complexities of site coordination. Familiarity with GMP standards and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential.
