Job Description
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
* Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Assist in the preparation of BAS, PAYG, and other tax obligations.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Prior experience using MYOB.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated capability in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
