Key Responsibilities

* Provide advice on performance management and discipline matters
* Support and participate in recruitment and onboarding processes
* Conduct HR-related presentations and sessions for staff and leaders
* Provide solutions-focused advice on HR policies, directives, and legislation
* Assist in workforce planning, organisational culture initiatives, and change management projects
* Deliver accurate and timely support across HR operations including induction, exit processes, and payroll queries

* Demonstrated experience in human resources within a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of public sector HR frameworks is advantageous
