We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assurance Officer to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assurance reviews to assess compliance, effectiveness of controls, and reliability of reporting.
* Prepare reports outlining findings and recommended actions.
* Assist with the management of customer complaints and compliments.
* Support the review and improvement of policies, processes, and procedures.
* Monitor and respond to correspondence and enquiries within required timeframes.
* Provide advice and guidance on quality management practices to staff and suppliers.
* Promote best practices and help reduce complaints through effective communication and awareness initiatives.
* Prepare monthly reports and facilitate meetings relating to complaints management.
* Support organisational change by communicating process and system updates to stakeholders.
About You
* Experience conducting assurance, compliance, audit, or process reviews.
* Strong understanding of business processes and continuous improvement principles.
* Ability to analyse information and recommend practical business improvement solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver quality outcomes on time.
* High‐level written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
Desirable Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience in quality assurance, complaints management, or business improvement environments.
