LSA Health is a provider of experienced Health care staff to a wide range of Hospitals and aged care facilities across Australia, and opportunities in all major cities with the option to travel within both remote and rural areas.
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care workers to provide daily support to our clients within the community, SIL homes & aged care facilities across the Toowoomba region.
You will support our clients to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained while building positive and professional relationships with clients and their care team.
**Duties include**:
Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
Assisting clients to develop skills to encourage their independence.
Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing and other daily activities
Assisting clients with their medication requirements
Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care.

**Requirements**:
Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability Support or related field
NDIS clearance (Yellow Card)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Assist Clients with Medication Certificate ( desirable but not essential )
Police check
Current working rights in Australia
COVID (including booster) and FLU vaccinations.
