We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and organised Registered Nurse to join our long standing team to ensure the smooth and productive functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients.
Excellent working environment with friendly staff and patients. The successful applicant will need to have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and be available throughout the week with the ability to possibly work between clinics.
Responsibilities
- providing support and assistance to GPs and other nursing staff in relation to general nursing duties
- Assist with triage, data management, diagnostic services, networking with other providers, planning & management of patient care and patient advocacy.
- Conduct preventative/screening procedures;
- Manage the clinical environment of the medical centre
- Responsible for the Cold Chain Management
- Maintain stocks of clinical supplies
- Responsible for Infection Control processes
- Responsible for Sterilisation for the practice
- Ensuring continual improvement of customer service
The applicant will also be required to work independently at times, work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate commitment to working hard.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly manner
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to work both independently and flexible between clinics
- Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task in a busy environment
- Current Australian Drivers licence and own car
