Two Property Management positions are available with the same well-known brand – one based in Helensvale and the other in Robina.

You will take over a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, supported by leasing and administration assistance, while working closely with an experienced and approachable Team Leader.

The Role
• Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 160 properties
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted trades
• Supported by leasing/admin assistance and a Field Officer for routine inspections

• $85K – $95K + Super
• 8:30am – 4:30pm office hours with flexibility to start/finish earlier or later.

Requirements
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver’s licence
• Solid understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
• Experience with PropertyMe is desirable
