Senior Contracts Administrator Role
This position oversees contract administration on multi-residential construction projects, handling procurement, tender evaluation, execution, and claims management. The role requires strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of project scopes, and the ability to structure complex contracts.
* Manage subcontractor agreements, variations, extensions of time, and claims to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks.
* Collaborate closely with the commercial, legal, and project teams to align financial performance with budget and delivery objectives.
* Maintain accurate contract registers, produce reports and dashboards, and support forecasting and business strategy.
