Fire Team Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technician or Team Leader to join our Fire industry team. This role entails leading a team of Technicians, overseeing day-to-day activities and customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to achieve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), drive operational excellence, and manage customer accounts and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the field team to achieve operational goals
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
* Manage customer relationships and business growth
* Support Service Team Manager with asset management and inventory control
* Collaborate with Account Managers on reporting and forecasting
* Approve time sheets, purchase orders, change orders, and credits
* Review and approve work programs for accuracy, adequacy, and feasibility
* Manage sub-contractors and vendors
* Develop quotes and review/approve technician quotes
* Provide training and development opportunities for Technicians
Requirements
* Relevant fire trade license and five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* People management experience and proven leadership skills
* Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills
* Customer orientation and ability to build strong relationships
* Excellent initiative and interpersonal skills
