Job Title: Service Design Expert
We are seeking a skilled Service Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Digital and Service Design Branch, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering services and programs through digital and non-digital solutions.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing Service Design concepts and structures. They will be responsible for establishing effective governance to act as a design authority, providing quality assurance, planning and prioritisation checks and strategic alignment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop a business model and roadmap for implementing an Integrated Service Design function.
* Document detailed Blueprints of the Digital Health service offerings.
* Establish a Service Design 'Centre of Excellence' for consistency, transparency, and alignment.
* Perform User Experience and Service Design functions for projects as required.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Service Design and delivery.
* Strong approach to engagement, collaboration, and planning functions.
* Experience with aged care and/or healthcare sector.
* Able to deliver value for money compared to market rates.
