What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring everything runs efficiently and your team feels supported and valued. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and bringing out the best in others.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and support a team of doctors, nurses, and reception staff
• Oversee rosters, budgets, and general centre operations
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for patients and staff
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to perform at their best
• Foster a positive, supportive, and professional workplace culture
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows
