This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service at **Wellard OSHClub**, **with an existing team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators, and Educators, this service is designed for excellence.** Licensed for over 100 children per day, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.
**In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings.** As a part of a national company, we have centralised teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your team
**About the role**:
Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.
