About the Role
Rigcom is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Recertification and Installation team to proactively schedule work within NSW region. Reporting to the Training and Compliance Manager, this role requires careful planning for technician deployment and the ability to build excellent relationships with all stakeholders through effective communication.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage scheduling for all Installation and Inspection jobs.
* Coordinate scheduling for major clients (Ventia and USYD) utilising their scheduling systems.
* Coordinate permitting process and submit permits to CSMS.
* Handle all portal management tasks like uploading paperwork, observation reports etc.
* Submit monthly WHS statistics to client and load all schedules in the scheduling software Time2U.
* Attend monthly scheduling and KPI meetings with key stakeholders of major clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year's experience in scheduling, planning, and forecasting job plans and timesheets.
* Working knowledge of Time2U or similar scheduling software system.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and
* Highly motivated self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
