Role Summary
The DC Strategy Vendor Transition and Modelling role is a critical position that oversees the execution of vendor transition plans to maximize benefits in terms of supply chain optimization, cost recovery, and enhanced customer experience.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage emerging business capabilities to support the achievement of customer and commercial targets.
* Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes and shared success.
* Maintain accuracy and integrity of transport arbitrage models by ensuring correct product dimensions and ongoing data maintenance.
* Collaborate with merchandise teams and concession partners to design future concessions delivery models that support direct-to-warehouse approaches.
* Support merchandise planning operations for vendor arbitrage by creating accurate models and presenting scenarios.
* Develop, document, and communicate new Standard Operating Procedures for warehouse teams and vendors.
* Partner with EDI providers to ensure vendors are systematically set up for transitions.
* Lead operational execution plans for DC strategy and vendor transition.
* Support change management and governance requirements across merchandise areas.
