Reliability Engineer – Mechanical

What You'll Do
* Analyse plant performance data to drive improvements across processing operations
* Investigate downtime events, complete weekly reporting and identify root causes
* Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
* Coordinate equipment improvement trials and manage change processes
* Lead reliability projects including strategy reviews and PM optimisation
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* 3+ years' experience in reliability within mining or heavy industry
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability
* Experience with RCA, FMECA and plant performance improvement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Current driver's license
