Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to bridge finance and operations, driving month-end processes, preparing forecasts and budgets, and helping the team understand their numbers. You will be the key commercial support for a fast-moving, high-volume business.
This role is ideal for an analytical professional who can interpret data, identify trends, and present insights to drive decision-making. You will work closely with operational teams to track performance and drive accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You've got a solid finance background and you're ready to apply it in a more commercial setting. You're analytical, curious, and confident interpreting data (even when it's not perfect). You're resilient, self-sufficient, and know how to prioritize when the pressure's on.
* Analytical skills to interpret financial data
* Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the business
* CPA or CA qualified (or working towards it)
