Annual salary AU$63,500 – AU$69,000 + Super – grade determined by experience and skill.
Job Overview
At Regis Bunbury we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our supportive team as Personal Care Assistants-Assistants-in-Nursing (PCA-AIN).
You will provide compassionate care and support to our residents and clients, making a meaningful impact on their lives in a culture that values respect and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Make a difference in the lives of others.
Collaborate with the healthcare team—including nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals—to provide holistic, person-centered care and contribute to a positive team culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records—including care plans, incident reports, and observations—according to Australian health standards and Regis policies.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide updates, report concerns, and ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Hold a Certificate III in aged care.
Students with completed placement in aged care are welcome to apply.
Empathetic, compassionate individuals who strive to provide clients with the best support.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Must have full-time availability and full work-rights.
