 
        
        OverviewAdministration Assistant- Plastering CompanyPlastercom is a busy plastering company based in both Victoria and Sunshine Coast looking for an organized and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparations, processing and management of contracts.Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained.Handle general day-to-day administration duties, including correspondence and filing.Perform accurate and timely data entry – job tracking.Manage accounts, including supplier account management, invoicing, and reconciliations.Provide administrative support to management and the wider team as required (you will work alongside our managers, estimator and payroll clerk). 
About YouPrevious experience in an administrative role (construction or trades industry experience highly regarded). 
Robust organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.Proficiency in Google Software (Gmail, Sheets & Xero preferred).
