About the RoleAs our Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers at reception
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors
- Providing qualified updates and follow-ups
- Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception
- Strong admin and accounts background
- Experience in automotive repair industry is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented
- Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic
- Confident using computers and business software
- A friendly, team-focused attitude and positive energy
