Your mission:
By joining the Audience Growth team as a Growth Hacker, you will create and manage acquisition campaigns on social media to boost the audience of their content.
Key success metrics:
Channel subscriber growth rate
Time to scale a new channel to 250k subscribers
Time to scale a new channel (average view views)
Audience territories
ROI (ad spend vs video monetisation)
What you'll be responsible for:
Create and manage audience acquisition campaigns on social networks (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram)
Activate organic growth levers
Set up, manage, analyse, optimise and track the performance of ad campaigns and optimisations (ROI driven)
Input into developing and optimizing audience growth tech stack and tools
Developing multi-country audience and targeting strategy
Tagging and tracking : Creating and preparing a media plan and tagging plan, helping on pixel integration and tracking issues
Measuring and optimizing campaigns depending on the main objectives and in order to maximize internal costs
A/B testing
Working hand in hand with Channel Management teams to give feedback and share recommendations.
A little about you:
Expert in social ads (expert at Facebook, YouTube and other platforms a plus)
You have rapidly scaled and launched Facebook and YouTube accounts from launch to 300k+ followers
Passionate about video content and the creator economy
You are proactive and rigorous
You have an analytical and synthetic mind as well as a positive command of Excel
Agile, you know and like working independently
