Diagnostic Specialist Role
We are seeking a dedicated Diagnostic Specialist to provide diagnostic and consultative services across multiple hospitals. This full-time role demands strong commitment to research and teaching.
This position primarily operates from Wollongong Hospital while supporting services in the Illawarra Shoalhaven area. The successful candidate will be required to hold fellowship in Chemical Pathology with AHPRA.

The Diagnostic Specialist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and consultative services, including:
* Providing expert advice and guidance to medical staff
* Conducting laboratory tests and investigations
* Interpreting results and making diagnoses
* Developing and implementing treatment plans
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Chemical Pathology and will be registered with AHPRA. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
