- You are a Sales / Contracts / Logistics Administrator, ideally with experience in resources or exports
- Your attention to detail and communication skills will be exceptional
- You are a people's person and able to manage internal and external stakeholders
- You are very organised, process oriented and have good time management skills
- You thrive in a "sink or swim" environment and are motivated to drive your own personal career development
- You learn new systems quickly and ideally are already proficient in Excel, SAP or other data tracking

Your role will focus on preparing shipment documentation, invoicing, export declarations, and other shipping requirements in a timely manner. You will also assist in maintaining data bases, negotiate with stakeholders and ensuring contract compliance.
