We are currently partnering with a high-growth organisation in the disability support sector, driven by purpose and committed to inclusion, compassion, and professionalism.

Due to the Nature of these roles you must have a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check to be considered.

About the Roles:

As part of the administration and customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound calls and emails, assisting with invoice processing, and ensuring client accounts remain accurate and compliant. You’ll also liaise with service providers, resolve invoice issues, and support the organisation’s compliance with NDIS requirements.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while working in a structured, client-focused environment.

What we are looking for:

- Can start on the 7th of October
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- A valid Working with Children Check
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience in administration, call centre, data entry or NDIS settings is highly regarded
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
