Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:
Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Domestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe home
Social & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, and connection
Life Skills & Independence: Supporting with shopping, cooking
Medication & Transport Assistance: Where suitably qualified
Respite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural assistance

What We're Looking For
Essential:
Available 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
QLD C/CA Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
Compassionate and client-centred approach
Strong communication and resilience in varied situations
Desirable:
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
12+ months of industry experience
Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
Medication administration competency
