Truck Driver – Tow Truck Operator
Join RACQ as a dedicated Tow Truck Driver and help RACQ members and motorists in need. As a Tow Truck/Vehicle Recovery Officer you will operate our modern fleet of tilt trays, providing professional assistance and peace of mind to stranded motorists.
Qualifications & Skills
* Work‐Life Balance – 38hr rotating roster of 8‐10 hour shifts Monday‐Friday, plus one Saturday shift every six weeks.
* EBA Rate – $38.76 per hour, plus superannuation and opportunities to pick up extra hours.
* Impeccable Driving History – clean driving record over the past five years.
* License & Qualifications – MR license or above plus a General Induction White Card.
* Technical Skills – comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computer systems.
* Communication & Conflict Management – excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict situations.
* Problem‐Solving Ability – strong problem‐solving skills in dynamic roadside situations.

* Pre‐Employment Requirements – willingness to undergo medical, drug & alcohol screening and criminal record checks.
* Location – start and finish work each day at the convenient Eight Mile Plains location.
