About the Role
You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, taking ownership of your own client base while being supported by a close‑knit and collaborative team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing end-of-year financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders
- Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), TPAR and FBT returns
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
- Managing client relationships and delivering timely, accurate advice
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
- Confident preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS
- Exposure to Xero and ideally some bookkeeping experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
- Experience using Karbon is a bonus
