Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Staff Development Nurse to join our team. You will:
* Be responsible for delivering education and training, in relation to clinical practice, at the ward or unit level.
* Plan, implement and evaluate orientation, education and training programs as a key member of the multidisciplinary team.
* Facilitate and promote patient safety and high-quality care while practising within your scope of practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Are you eligible? To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
