This team supports WPB by conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for WPB clients.The team's core responsibilities include maintaining accurate and current customer information, contacting customers for additional details when necessary, and providing Subject Matter Expertise on Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Special Category Customers (SCC) policies.
The team also plays a role in remediation projects related to customer information and compliance standards.Responsibilities:Perform ongoing CDD and EDD reviews for WPB, ensuring compliance with local regulations and HSBC's AML/Sanctions policies.Carry out remediation tasks identified through customer data analysis and discrepancy resolution.Prepare high-quality reviews and complete customer contact strategies using all available communication channels.Act as a conduit between GSC KYC Operations and WPB customers and stakeholders.
