Yoko Dining Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Brisbane City, QLD.
Responsibilities
* Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
* Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of current dishes
* Train junior team members to the Apollo standard
* Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
Qualifications
* 1 year minimum experience required
* Minimum qualification: Trade Certificate IV or Diploma
* Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus, not essential
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per annum + 12% super
