Technical Support Role
We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a senior technical support engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to customers with complex issues.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, leveraging your knowledge of Windows systems administration, configuration, and security. Your expertise will enable you to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To qualify for this position, you must have:
* 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
* Windows System Administration, Configuration, including a good basic understanding of:
o Registry
o Windows Activation
o Windows Setup and Upgrade
o Windows update
o Windows Security (TPM, Bitlocker, MBAM, WDAC)
Preferred qualifications include experience managing Windows Update for Business, proficiency in Windows Setup & Upgrade scenarios, familiarity with Windows Defender Application Control, and solid grasp of networking fundamentals relevant to Windows servicing and deployment.
This position requires flexibility in working shift based on business needs. You may need to work varied shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
