Job Title: Clinical Training Director
Clinical Training Director Role
* Lead a team responsible for clinical governance, safety and quality in the Medical Education Unit (MEU), including workforce management, research and development, education and training, planning, resourcing and reporting, and cost centre management.
* Oversee pre-vocational medical education service delivery, including enabling accreditation activities with Prevocational Medical Accreditation Queensland, AMC or other organisations, and undertaking duties as agreed with CKW DDMS.

* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical governance and patient safety within the MEU.
o Mentor and coach staff to achieve excellence in their roles and support professional development.
o Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to advance research and education initiatives.
o Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
