What you'll do:
Lead client engagements assessing readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other capital market transactions through sophisticated technical reviews and strategic advisory services
Oversee evaluation of financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness
Provide senior-level analysis of accounting treatments, disclosures, and complex financial data to identify risks and recommend improvements
Collaborate closely with senior client management and stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable strategies that enhance readiness and compliance
Manage the preparation and review of comprehensive documentation, reports, and technical briefs to support advisory projects
Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the development and enhancement of CMAAS methodologies, tools, and team capabilities
What we're looking for:
Proven Technical Expertise: 5+ years' experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or audit roles, with significant exposure to capital markets transactions and IPO readiness
Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices governing IPOs and capital raisings
Strategic Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial and business issues, assess risks holistically, and deliver insightful, pragmatic recommendations
Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled at articulating complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences including senior leadership
Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and foster a team-oriented, client-focused culture
