We are building a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centred care for children and young people with multiple and complex needs, including mental health challenges, disability, and trauma.
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and compassionate professionals to join our residential care team, dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments. You will work collaboratively to support young people with diverse and complex needs, including those who may present with challenging behaviours stemming from trauma, disability, or mental health conditions.

You Bring
- Highly preferred disability/mental health background
- Relevant qualifications and registration (where applicable)
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
- Confidence and skill in responding to challenging behaviours with empathy, consistency, and therapeutic strategies
- A current unrestricted driver’s license, reliable transport, Victorian Working with Children’s Check (Employee), and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- A deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
- Commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practice
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
