Based in Launceston, Projects include refurbishments, repairs, remediation, demolition and upgrade projects valued at approximately $10 million.
Responsibilities
Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completionEnsure compliance with HSECQ requirementsEnsure effective cost control and efficient running of the projectCoordinate direct labour and subcontractorsPrepare project progress reports and lead weekly meetingsProvide technical and engineering advice as requiredLiaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program Support tendering and estimation activitiesCreate and modify ITP's and SWMSRaise RFI's and track responses
Your Experience
Experience in mining, marine, plant maintenance or shut down environmentsMinimum 5 years on-site management experienceAbility to coordinate and deliver complex shutdown of worksLeadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilitiesHigh level of safety awareness and commitmentStrong commercial acumen
Qualifications And Requirements
Trade or engineering background – (highly regarded)White cardDrivers LicenceNational Police Check
