Legal Practitioner Role
This role involves undertaking litigation on behalf of the Department and providing legal services and support to the Department with a particular emphasis on matters relating to family violence.
The successful applicant will be admitted as a Barrister or practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania under the Legal Profession Act 2007 with more than two years relevant post-admission experience.
