About This Role
* The role oversees administrative, financial, and business functions to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
* This key position reports to the Principal and College Board.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and reports within an educational or not-for-profit context.
2. Manage physical and capital assets, including facilities planning, maintenance oversight, procurement, and risk management.
3. Liaise with corporate governance, compliance, and administrative functions relevant to an independent school setting.
4. Handle human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff development, and workplace relations.
5. Effectively communicate and lead teams, building professional stakeholder relationships.
To be successful, applicants must have tertiary qualifications in accounting or business and the right to work in Australia.
