Responding to incoming phone and email requests within specified timeframes and handling customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
Creating and uploading pre-orders and contracts in line with pre-order timelines.
Performing required maintenance on pre-orders.
Reviewing contracts and orders as per the Rules of Engagement.
Processing contract call-offs in season within specified timelines for pre-orders and refills.
Managing the Order Book as an ongoing requirement.
Communicating and liaising with the sales team regularly.
Providing product information, handling pricing queries, and processing orders into the system.
Following up on customer requests, issues, and complaints to resolution.
Achieving departmental KPIs to drive superior service delivery.
Developing a strong understanding of the company’s product range.
Contributing to the team’s continuous improvement initiatives and targets.
Conducting all testing as required within SAP systems.
