Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating planning and mobilisation activities to meet business requirements.
You will work closely with the Planning Manager to ensure seamless execution of projects and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule resources across shutdowns and project works as per client requirements
* Generate compliance reports and maintain a compliance database
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
* Develop and communicate accurate and timely mobilisation and demobilisation plans
* Assign primary assets and liaise with site leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in a planning or mobilisation role within the industry
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* A good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Benefits
This is a full-time position working on a 9/5 roster with weekend coverage completed from home. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in planning and coordination.
