The Consultant Nuclear Medicine Physician will help us provide the highest quality of care possible. The ideal candidate will be board certified in nuclear medicine and have experience working with a variety of patients. The Consultant will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures, interpreting images, and providing consultation to referring physicians. The nuclear medicine physician will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing compassionate care.
In addition, the physician will also be responsible for inpatient management of patients under the General Medicine team as well as participate in on‑call physician roster. The job will be split between general medicine and nuclear medicine responsibilities.

Our client, a specialist referral and trauma centre, delivers a comprehensive range of medical services to the Gippsland region and is affiliated with Monash University's School of Rural Health and Federation University.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Board certified in nuclear medicine
* Experience working with a variety of patients
* Eligible for Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists
* Registration with the Medical Board of Australia
* Willingness to participate in the on‑call roster and undertake an on‑call period as agreed
