Job Role: Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer standards, and internal quality protocols for food safety and quality.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the Food Safety and Quality team to achieve excellence.
* Foster a robust food safety culture across the organization by driving full implementation of corporate expectations.
* Analyze and communicate food safety and quality risks, escalating concerns as necessary.
About You:
* A tertiary qualification in a related field such as Food Science or Biotechnology, or relevant industry experience/qualification.
* Exceptional knowledge of HACCP and Quality/Risk Management systems.
* Substantial industry experience (10+ years) preferably in animal protein, with a strong track record of achievements.
This role demands high autonomy and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
