Overview
Commencing September 15th 2025, a temporary assignment has become available with a Queensland Government department focused on providing administration support for the Receipting team, including:
* Review, verify and receipt of invoices.
* Deliver accurate admin support
* Maintain records and manage correspondence
* Provide prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues
* Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and support team operations.
To be considered, you should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Previous administration experience.
* Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.
* Confidence learning and using computer systems
* Strong attention to detail.
* Supportive team player approach.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Knowledge or the ability to gain knowledge on account strings and the finance system TechnologyOne.
* Availability to commence in July and work between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
The casual hourly rate is $38.90 per hour (plus super) and the role will initially be a 3-month temporary assignment (with possible extension), located in the Ipswich area.
