The Network Assets & Assurance (NA&A) team at Metro includes more than 2000 people from Infrastructure, Innovation, Engineering, Rolling Stock, OCMS (Operational Control Management Systems), Strategic Asset Management, and Planning and Integration.

ABOUT THE ROLE
MTM's Network Assets and Assurance team has a 6-month max term opportunity to join the team.
The Change Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering targeted change management and communication plans to support the Metro Tunnel Project.
This position works with various business areas across MTM to support real-time operational, maintenance, employee, and passenger-focused information, leading to opportunities such as increased employee engagement and cost savings that can be reinvested into the business.
Reporting to the People Readiness Lead, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver change and communication activities tailored to the Metro Tunnel Transition across the NA&A business.
You will be involved in:
* Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
* Change Impact Assessments
* Executing Project Communications, stakeholder engagement, and education strategies
* Facilitation / Training to support project implementation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Developing and implementing project communications, stakeholder engagement, and education strategies
* Delivering change activities effectively
* Providing ongoing change management support
* Ensuring change processes address complexities
* Executing key change activities across the program lifecycle, including Impact Analysis, stakeholder analysis, change readiness, risk mitigation, and change communications in an innovative and digitized manner.
ABOUT YOU
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, preferably with a focus on human resources, business analysis, change, or organizational development
* Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
* Understanding of complex operational environments is preferred
* Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
